As soon as you were starting to think TeleVue couldn’t possibly make any improvements to their eyepieces, they introduce the Ethos line with their spectacular 100-degree apparent field of view! With this 13mm Ethos eyepiece and a good telescope, you’ll experience views comparable to the views seen by astronauts as they gaze out the window of their spacecraft. This eyepiece provides views that are so broad that the eyepiece itself disappears from sight. All that’s left is a dark, starry background and your desired viewing object.

The apparent field of view of the 13 mm Ethos is 50% larger than the 82-degree Nagler!

All of the high-quality features you’ve come to expect from quality TeleVue eyepieces are here in the Ethos, including sharpness across the entire field, high contrast views, and superb control over aberrations such as astigmatism, field curvature, lateral color, angular magnification distortion, and low pupil sensitivity for daytime use.
