Just as you were beginning to think TeleVue couldn’t provide any more enhancements to their eyepieces, they come out with the incredible 100-degree apparent field of view Ethos line! Together with a good telescope, this 10mm Ethos eyepiece enables views that are as close as can be to the views astronauts must’ve seen when peering out the window of their spacecraft. The view through this eyepiece is so extensive that the eyepiece itself vanishes from sight, and all you’re left with is a dark, starry background and your target object.

The apparent field of view of the 10 mm Ethos is 50% larger than the 82-degree Nagler!

All of the high-quality features you’ve come to expect from quality TeleVue eyepieces are here in the Ethos, including sharpness across the entire field, high contrast views, and superb control over aberrations such as astigmatism, field curvature, lateral color, angular magnification distortion, and low pupil sensitivity for daytime use.
