Meade has applied its UHTC coatings to all air-to-glass surfaces on the Polaris telescope. Once you’ve decided what to observe, the red dot finderscope makes it easy to center your target. Then, view it in any of the three included eyepieces. You’ll get high (6.3mm), medium (9mm), and low power (25mm) eyepieces, plus a 2x Barlow lens that doubles the power of each one! That means you’ll always have the right type of eyepiece for viewing just about any object. It’s a superior value not usually found in telescopes at this price point. A smooth rack and pinion focuser makes getting optimal sharp views quick and easy.
