Meade has introduced the next generation in coma-free optics with the LX85 f/10 ACF optical tube assembly. Meade’s unique Advanced Coma-Free Optics show you coma-free images with sharp, pinpoint stars as well as a flat field sought after by astrophotographers and observatories alike. The Meade ACF OTA also minimizes astigmatism and eliminates diffractions spikes found in classical RC telescopes. No competing Schmidt-Cassegrain Telescope can make those claims. It is also easy to attach this OTA to any number of mounts using the Vixen-style dovetail.
The LX85-ACF optical tube assembly is ideal for the seasoned visual astronomer and astrophotographers looking to take their craft to the next level. With Ultra High Transmission Coatings (UTHC), this scope shows brighter star clusters, more fine detail in nebulae, and greater surface features on planets. Our policy is for 30 days. We are unable to return or exchange your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
In order for your item to be eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging.
